Technology used in the Courtroom
Monitors/Projector/Screen
Deposition Exhibits can be shown on a monitor or screen with an Elmo, projector or computer. The Exhibit can be shown on a screen or monitor next to the witness and use of touch technology will allow the witness to make marks on the exhibit.
Documents on Elmo
Exhibits placed on an Elmo can be displayed on a monitor, laptop, or screen. The witness or attorney can write on the exhibit if needed.
Documents on Computer
Exhibits can be added to trial software programs on a computer. Our Videographer can pull up any exhibits and prepare call outs if requested. The witness can view the Exhibit on a Monitor or Screen. All our Certified Video Specialists are Trial Technicians and have experience in presenting exhibits with trial software programs.
Touch Technology
Trial Assist also have monitors that have touch technology in which the witness can mark the monitor with special software.
